Hey, I’m Kyle.
Let’s raise the standard.
I started Pomegranate to bring care, clear communication and a personal touch to roof and exterior cleaning in our community.
I bring more than five years of hands-on experience and over 700 homes personally cleaned. Pomegranate is a fresh start, built on that experience.
My long-term dream is to build a separate charitable farm that grows produce to give to local communities. Building this business is my first step toward making that possible.

How soon will I hear back about a quote?
Quotes can be ready in as little as an hour. We’ll respond to your request within 24 hours. Larger homes and commercial or HOA projects may need a visit before final pricing.
Do you need to visit before giving a price?
For most homes, your address is enough to start a remote quote. Homes with more than 3,500 square feet of living area need an in-person visit before final pricing. If we need more information, we’ll let you know.
Do I need to be home?
No. We’ll coordinate access ahead of time. We need access to an outdoor water spigot, and windows should be closed. You’ll receive detailed pre- and post-service inspection videos so you can see what was done.
What does the 12-month roof promise cover?
If treated algae staining returns within 12 months of your roof cleaning, we’ll re-treat the affected areas free. Dirt, rust, tree debris and permanent discoloration are excluded. Contact us to arrange a review.
How do payments work?
For standard residential jobs, payment is due when the work is complete, with no deposit required. We accept cards, cash, checks and bank transfers, including online payments through your invoice. Commercial and HOA payment terms are agreed in the written quote.
Can I request more than one service?
Absolutely. Select every service you’re interested in on the form. We’ll review the property and prepare a quote for the work you want.
